NOTICE REGARDING RENTERS SERVING ALCOHOL
This venue requires that any event serving alcohol must be in compliance with the laws of the local,
1. A daily liability insurance policy for you event, including liquor liability, is required.
2. The liability policy must carry as a minimum, a one million dollar ($1,000,000) single event liability and general aggregate liability of two million dollars ($2,000,000).
3. Please see the rental contract for detailed information on the venue alcohol policy.
4. The Rental Secretary will assist you with information regarding this requirement for the protection of you, the renter, guests, and the facility.
5. We welcome you to our facility, and we strive to make your rental a successful event.
